Using Zoom with HD Hypnosis

HD Hypnosis is a private booking hub for Human Design hypnosis practitioners. When you connect your own Zoom account, the Hub automatically creates a unique Zoom meeting for each practice session you host, and shares the join link with the person who booked. When a session is rescheduled, the Zoom meeting moves to the new time. When a session is cancelled, the Zoom meeting is deleted.

The Hub only touches meetings it created for your Hub sessions. It never reads, changes, or deletes your other Zoom meetings, and never accesses recordings, chats, or meeting content.

• An HD Hypnosis account (the Hub is invite-only).
• A Zoom account (free or paid). Free Zoom accounts limit meetings with 3 or more people to 40 minutes.

1. Sign in at hdhypnosis.com and open Profile.
2. Set Preferred meeting platform to Zoom and save.
3. Under Meeting links & calendar sync, click Connect Zoom.
4. Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the permissions, and click Allow.
5. You return to your Profile, and the Zoom card shows Connected with your Zoom email.

1. Someone books a session with you through Find a session or your openings.
2. The Hub creates a Zoom meeting on your account at the session time, with the session title as the topic.
3. The Zoom join link appears on the session in My sessions, in the confirmation and reminder emails, and in calendar invites.
4. Reschedule a session and the same Zoom meeting moves to the new time. Cancel a session and the Zoom meeting is deleted.

If Zoom can’t be reached, the booking still goes through and uses the meeting link saved on your profile, so no session is ever lost.

• Create, update, read, and delete meetings — only for the meetings the Hub creates for your sessions.
• Read your user info — only your Zoom email, to show which account is connected.

• From the Hub: Profile → Meeting links & calendar sync → Zoom → Disconnect.
• From Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find HD Hypnosis Hub, and click Remove.

When you remove the app, we revoke and delete the Zoom access tokens we stored for you. Future sessions use the meeting link saved on your profile. Zoom meetings already created stay on your Zoom account until you delete them. To have all your data deleted, email [email protected].
