The Human Design Hypnosis Practice Hub (the “Hub”) is a private, invitation-only community for members of our Human Design hypnosis cohort to schedule and manage peer practice sessions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

Information we collect

  • Profile details you provide — such as your name, email, timezone, availability, Human Design chart information, bio, and links you choose to share with the cohort.
  • Session activity — the bookings you make or receive and related scheduling notes.
  • Account & sign-in data— the credentials or Google sign-in you use to access the Hub.

Connecting your Google account for meeting links

If you choose to connect your Google account, you grant the Hub permission to manage calendar events on your behalf so a unique Google Meet link can be generated automatically for each session you host, and so your Hub availability stays in sync with your calendar. Specifically:

  • We use the calendar.events scope to add each Hub session (with its Meet link) to your primary calendar, and to move or remove that session event when the session is rescheduled or cancelled. We never edit or delete your other calendar entries.
  • To avoid double-booking, we check which times on your primary calendar are marked busy and hide those times from your Hub openings. We only use the start and end times of busy events for this; we do not store, display, or share event titles, descriptions, or attendees.
  • Connecting is entirely optional. You can always paste a meeting link manually instead, and you can disconnect your Google account from your profile at any time.
  • When you disconnect, we delete the access tokens we stored for you.

The Hub’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connecting your Zoom account for meeting links

If you choose to connect your Zoom account, the Hub creates a Zoom meeting on your account for each session you host. Specifically:

  • We read your Zoom account’s email address to show which account is connected.
  • We create, reschedule, and delete only the meetings the Hub made for your Hub sessions. We never read, change, or delete your other Zoom meetings, and we never access recordings, chats, or meeting content.
  • The meeting link is shared only with the people in that session.
  • When you disconnect (from your profile, or by removing the app in your Zoom account), we revoke and delete the access tokens we stored for you. Meetings already scheduled stay on your Zoom account unless you cancel them.

How we use your information

  • To let you and fellow cohort members schedule practice sessions.
  • To generate and attach meeting links to your sessions.
  • To send you session confirmations, reminders, and related notifications you’ve enabled.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Hub.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we never share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide these features.

Who can see your information

The Hub is members-only. Other members can see the profile details you choose to make visible (you control visibility for items like your email, phone, and chart). Meeting links are shared only with the people involved in a session.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Sensitive credentials, including any connected-account tokens, are encrypted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

  • Edit or remove profile details from your profile page.
  • Connect or disconnect your Google or Zoom account whenever you like.
  • Adjust which notifications you receive.
  • Request account deletion by contacting us.

Your data rights: you may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to or limit how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
