About the Hub

The Human Design Hypnosis Practice Hub (the “Hub”) is a private, invitation-only space where members of our Human Design hypnosis cohort schedule and track peer practice sessions. By creating an account or using the Hub, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

  • Accounts are by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details private.
  • Give accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

Using the Hub respectfully

  • Treat fellow members with care and keep what is shared in sessions confidential.
  • Show up for sessions you book, or cancel or reschedule as early as you can.
  • Don’t misuse the Hub, try to access other members’ accounts, or share member information outside the cohort.

Practice sessions

Sessions arranged through the Hub are peer practice between cohort members for learning purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or professional treatment, and the Hub does not supervise or guarantee any session.

Connected accounts (Google and Zoom)

You can choose to connect your Google or Zoom account so the Hub can create meeting links and calendar events for sessions you host. Connecting is optional, you can disconnect at any time from your profile, and your use of those services is also subject to Google’s and Zoom’s own terms. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Hub running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update features or these terms; if we make significant changes we’ll let members know. The Hub is provided “as is,” and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Hub and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are no longer part of the cohort.
